Payment Options: We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Checks as forms of payment. (Checks will have a 10 day hold) Credit Cards are excepted through Shopping Cart Services and PayPal.com online payment services(Paypal can be sent to: KoolFTWKickers@AOL.COM) All payments should be received within 10 days to keep your order active. Orders where the payment is not received within this time will be considered cancelled. Ordering: Orders may be placed by using our online store and the automated system installed there or you may send Printed Order by mail.

International Orders: International customers are ALWAYS welcome. Please see our International shipping policies below.

Pre-Orders: An item stipulated as a Pre-Order item in it's description has to be paid for within 10 days, as like a non-Pre-Order item. Pre-Order items will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving them from the distributor. In the event of a manufacturers delay or cancellation, you will be notified by email or telephone. In that event, you will be given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or you could accept the delay and keep your order active. The choice will be yours.

Shipping and Handling: All Items include shipping. For best service, please include an address that UPS can ship to. We do ship to P.O. boxes, but not recomended for fast service. All orders to be shipped within the U.S. will be shipped by UPS(United Postal Service) All items will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Insurance is Optional on any item/s and can be purchased for $1.00 per $100.00 of merchandise.

International Shipping: All International orders will be shipped by US Airmail. International shipping rates vary per country and will be calculated based on where the item will be shipped to. You can email us at KoolFTWKickers@aol.com before placing your order if you desire to find out what the shipping charges will be or you can just go ahead and place the order and on the final confirmation, you will receive the correct international shipping charges. All items are packed with care as we would expect to receive it. :-)

Return Policy: In the event that you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund. Please notify us by email or telephone before sending your item/s back. Any item returned without notifying us first, will not be accepted. All items returned must be received within 10 days of you receiving it.
